Oblivion Modded Part 1

Since XycoZone is now official back up and running, and with the new hardware updgrade, we're gonna start off with what's been on the forefront to do for a long time....

OBLIVION!!!!

Oblivion is by far one of my favorites, yes even with Skyrim as it's predecessor. So we're gonna start of with the mods I've been using, and of course there are some of the basic overhaul mods that enhance Oblivion so much that it's like playing Oblivion 2, if it were to ever be created. So in this first part we'll tackle the mods that do some major upgrades, and in Part 2 we'll handle the other mods that make modding fun, like Ren's Beauty Pack and Colourwheels Sexy Oblivion OverHaul!!

So here we go, First off you have Better Cities,

and WOW what a difference this makes, the Imperial City makeover in this mod is just incredible...

Clocks of Cyrodill is another one and is a good addon for the Better Cities mod.

Next is Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (aka OOO), which changes a lot of the gameplay. I found it was best to just play this mod to find them all, some are noticable right of the bat, for instance when I started a new game and tried to open my first lock treasure chest and it wouldn't let me do it until I sheathed my weapon! Makes sense right, who would try to pick a lock with a sword in their hand?! Anywho, here is some pics of OOO.

And finally who can forget Unique Landscapes!! This was the one I was really looking towards seeing, just walking around Cyrodill was a completely new experience, which was is must have for someone who has been playing Oblivion for some years now.
